As the Co-Owner & CEO, I oversee day-to-day operations, handle affiliate and client accounts, order fulfillment, quality oversight, business meetings for ways to continue to standardize the way we handle orders for our customers, affiliates, and clients.

As a Designer for 10+ yrs, I work directly with Insight Design, handling all custom design work for customers, partners, affiliates, staff, etc.

It's my goal and mission to bring the very best apparel to the esports industry and outfit the players so that they can be proud of what they're doing and wearing. Developing new relationships and building an ecosystem within the Insight Apparel network providing full turnkey services and a complete solution for those companies wanting to be hands-off or being as hands-on as they want without the headache of worrying if something will get done. At the end of the day, we're all about our affiliates and clients because to us they're family!

Executive Producer, Head of Production

As the Executive Producer incharge of all things production, my job is to manage the overall flow of production operations within the company. Conversing with clientel, working with internal teams on budgeting, scheduling, crewing, scope of shows, rundown creation, creative direction for live broadcast, etc. (more details forthcoming)

Since the start of CAC launching a live broadcast for it's services on Sunday and Wednesday working alongside a tight team of volunteers and my brother to bring CAC services to the web.

Creative Resource Manager, Producer

As the Creative Resources Manager, it is my responsibility to manage the creative resources. Directing and coordinating the day-to-day creative and production efforts with the Chief Creative Officer. In this role, it is my job to maintain an environment where creativity can happen, Enhance our talent base and manage our talent needs, support the creative process in a fast-paced production environment and with a consistently superior creative product.

Planning, Analyzing, Evaluating is my primary task however also involving the management of file and folder structures, working hand and hand with our IT Administrator to ensure security measures are in place for all assets, ensuring team members have the documents, policies, working files, etc. to assist them with their job.

With the privilege of serving as a Coordinating Producer and Broadcast Director the past 14 months at the HyperX Esports Arena. with the movement to the Creative Team as a designer and knowledge base to consult on all things production, marketing, facility integration and more.

Managing & Coordinating Duties:
**Managing multiple internal productions while also coordinating client ran and produced productions assisting them with integrating into the Vegas Arena.

Field Producer for the EA Madden 20 Classic Championship One Hour Post-Produced Show Airing on CW.

Tracking and coordinating story lines for post editing, liaison between Broadcast team and feature team and off site shoot coordinating.

Vet Tech, IT Administrator

As the IT Admin for the clinic, my job is to maintain the overall security of the hardware throughout the facility, installing and keeping equipment up to date. Maintaining the official company website and pushing updates as needed, Assisting with the setup and integration of all social media networks and managing email accounts, network infrastructure, etc.

Producer, Director Contractor

Run studio camera, audio board and teleprompter for live production and helped with studio maintenance. Commercial production, motion/broadcast graphics, print, client networking, copyrighting, creative concept, live production work. Create and manage entire broadcast graphics and promotions package. Design packages for newly developed shows. Live show/events/sports graphics, directing, camera, and audio work.

Project: Daytona 500 - NASCAR Installment
+ Arranged Camera Shots, Coordinated with Graphics and Audio along with on truck talent to ensure a show was properly executed, Coordinated with tech team to ensure all production gear was setup.
+ Coordinated with all team members to create footage outlines and packages to be aired during the main show.
+ Primarily assisted with the setup of all production gear within the trucks limits.

Project: Indy500 - NASCAR Installment
+ Assisted with production crew logistics, key gear setup (audio, video and graphics), coordinated with the client, pushed all production assets to it's limits.

Coordinating Producer, Creative Director

The Esports Minor League: Halo 5 Fall Season follows the top minor league teams across North America as they develop against other top amateur talent on the road to the next level.

Over the course of the season, the above teams will be battling for the title of Season Champions along with their portion of an ever growing crowdfunded prize pool. Eight teams in the North America will play each other in best of five series during the regular season after an extensive map veto process to determine the final game types. Every game matters, as overall series scores and map win percentages can play a role in determining tiebreakers for the top four spots for season finals.

The North American side of things will feature weekly broadcasts every Monday and Friday beginning at 7:00 PM EST starting on November 28th for week 1.
